Custom Product Development
We develop automotive and industrial rubber components from customer drawings, physical samples and application requirements.
Development workflow:
- Drawing or sample review: We assess dimensions, operating conditions and required performance.
- Material selection: The rubber compound is selected according to temperature, oil, weather, load and hardness requirements.
- Tool and mould development: Tooling is developed for the approved component design.
- Prototype approval: Samples are produced for dimensional and functional evaluation.
- Bulk production: Approved components move into controlled production and inspection.

Manufacturing Capabilities
Our in-house manufacturing process supports standard and custom rubber components for automotive and industrial applications.
Core capabilities:
- Rubber compound mixing: Controlled preparation of compounds for the required hardness and service conditions.
- Compression moulding: Production of components in standard and custom geometries.
- Rubber-to-metal bonding: Bonded components including pads, mountings, bushes and buffers.
- Extrusion: Continuous rubber and polymer profiles in application-specific sections.
- Finishing and inspection: Trimming, visual checks and dimensional verification before packing.
